🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR Operations
• Handle EOBI, PESSI & Labor Compliance Matters
• Maintain Employee Records & HR Documentation
• Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
• Recruitment & Onboarding Activities
• Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
• Prepare HR Reports and Maintain HRIS Records
• Ensure Compliance with Company Policies and Labor Laws

🔹 Requirements:
• MBA (HR) / BBA (HR) or relevant qualification
• Male Required
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good command of MS Office
• Experience in manufacturing industry will be preferred
