About the Role

International Maarif Schools is seeking a passionate and experienced Coordinator Early Years (Female) to lead and support our Early Years academic program. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences for young learners.

Requirements

✔ Master’s Degree in Education or a related field
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in academic coordination, leadership, or early childhood education
✔ Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to manage events, projects, and multiple responsibilities effectively
✔ Familiarity with IB PYP teaching and learning practices

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Coordinate academic programs and student learning experiences in the Early Years section
🔹 Plan, organize, and oversee co-curricular and school-wide activities
🔹 Support teachers in curriculum implementation and classroom practices
🔹 Monitor student progress and contribute to a positive learning environment
🔹 Collaborate with staff, students, and parents to enhance school programs
