Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, LinkedIn Outreach, or Upwork Client Acquisition.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship or practical experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop and execute both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation, prospecting, and client hunting.
- Experience scheduling meetings and managing prospect pipelines.
- Basic understanding of software development services will be considered an advantage.
