Position: Business Development & Lead Generation Specialist

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, LinkedIn Outreach, or Upwork Client Acquisition.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship or practical experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute both inbound and outbound lead generation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation, prospecting, and client hunting.
  • Experience scheduling meetings and managing prospect pipelines.
  • Basic understanding of software development services will be considered an advantage.

  • Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other outreach channels.
  • Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and convert opportunities into meetings.
