β’ Manage end to end recruitment and selection processes
β’ Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
β’ Handle employee relations, engagement, and workplace culture initiatives
β’ Manage performance management systems and appraisal processes
β’ Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
β’ Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance requirements
β’ Coordinate training and development programs
β’ Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and HR reporting
β’ Address employee queries and resolve HR related issues
β’ Work closely with management to support organizational growth and structure
π Requirements or Skills:
β’ 3 to 6 years of proven HR experience
β’ Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Good understanding of HR policies and labor practices
β’ Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
β’ Ability to handle multiple HR functions independently
