About the Role

Sefam – House of Quality is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Internal Audit Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, verifying financial transactions, ensuring compliance, and improving internal controls across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits
• Verify prepayments, procurement expenses, vendor payments, and supporting documents
• Review and assess internal control systems
• Verify monthly payroll and employee/vendor adjustments
• Monitor daily cash, bank, and petty cash transactions
• Perform bank and cash reconciliation verification
• Visit onsite projects and institutions for verification purposes
• Ensure statutory compliance and policy adherence
• Identify risks and recommend process improvements
• Prepare detailed audit reports with findings and action plans

Requirements

• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Understanding of ERP systems
• Excellent reporting and attention to detail
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Qualification

• MBA / M.Com / B.Com / ACCA
