π Position: Manager HR Operations
π Location: Islamabad
πΉ Job Responsibilities:
β’ Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll management, final settlements, industrial relations, and policy governance in compliance with applicable laws.
β’ Liaise with relevant authorities; lead audits and inspections to ensure statutory adherence and penalty prevention.
β’ Manage monthly payroll processing ensuring accuracy, timely disbursement, and compliance with statutory deductions and labor laws.
β’ Lead Industrial Relations (IR) functions including grievance handling, disciplinary proceedings, and liaison with statutory/regulatory bodies.
β’ Evaluate and process contractual renewals aligned with compensation structures and grading frameworks.
β’ Manage third-party and vendor contracts while mitigating operational and legal risks.
β’ Maintain and update HR MIS, employee records, and documentation to ensure data integrity and audit readiness.
π Job Requirements:
β Masterβs degree in Human Resource Management or related field from a reputable institution.
β 5β7 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in FMCG or Manufacturing industry.
β Strong hands-on experience in Industrial Relations and dealing with statutory bodies (EOBI, Social Security Institutions, etc.).
β Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
