QC Executive / Sr Officer at Amros Pharmaceuticals

𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠: 𝐐𝐂 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞/𝐒𝐫. 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
1- Perform analysis of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per approved specifications and SOPs.

2- Operate, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments including HPLC, UV Spectrophotometer, Dissolution Apparatus, and pH Meter.

3- Review analytical results, chromatograms, and laboratory documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.

4- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and company quality standards during laboratory activities.

5- Prepare and maintain analytical reports, test records, and laboratory documentation as per regulatory requirements.

6- Participate in method validation, method verification, and stability studies.

7- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results and assist in root cause analysis.

8- Coordinate with QA, Production, and other departments for quality-related matters.
Ensure proper calibration, maintenance, and documentation of QC instruments.
