𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: Account Manager – Pakistan (Remote)

▌ Key Responsibilities 

Onboard new retail CFD clients acquired through marketing and partner channels

Build trusted relationships with clients through regular engagement and check-ins

Educate clients on trading platforms, products, and risk management tools

Drive client activation, deposits, and trading volumes

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across product offerings

Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs including deposits, active clients, and revenue targets

Coordinate with back-office and compliance for client verification and account queries

Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system

Provide market updates and trading ideas to clients in Urdu

▌ Requirements 

1–2 years of sales or account management experience in forex/CFD or financial services

Native or fluent Urdu speaker,Pashto; English proficiency required

Basic understanding of CFD products, forex, and financial markets

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Target-driven mindset with hunger to learn and grow

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office

▌ Preferred Qualifications 

Experience with MT4/MT5 platforms
