About the Role

The Monal is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead high-end interior construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end interior construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and final handover.

• Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and design excellence.

• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement processes, vendors, and change orders effectively.

• Review blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications to proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company quality guidelines.

• Prepare progress reports, documentation, and stakeholder presentations.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

• 5–10 years of experience in interior construction, preferably in high-end residential or hospitality projects.

• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong delivery outcomes.

Required Skills

• Strong project planning, budgeting, and execution capabilities.

• Effective contractor, team, client, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Revit.

• Excellent blueprint reading, technical understanding, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
