Tech Solutions.ae is hiring a QA Lead with 5-7 years of QA experience, including 2-3 years in a lead role. The candidate should have strong skills in SQL, API & database testing, UI/web testing, and report validation, leading QA initiatives while staying hands-on in manual testing. Exposure to validation processes and CFR 21 is a plus.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
– Lead QA activities and mentor the team.
– Develop and execute test plans, cases, and QA strategies.
– Perform manual testing (UI/Web, APIs, Databases).
– Execute SQL queries for backend and report validation.
– Conduct regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
– Track defects and collaborate closely with developers.
– Maintain test documentation (RTM, test reports).
– Improve test coverage and ensure SDLC/STLC & Agile compliance.
– Nice to have: iOS mobile testing experience.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
– 5 to 7 years of QA experience, including 2–3 years in a QA Lead role.
– Strong experience in manual, API (Postman), and database testing.
– Proficiency in SQL and backend validation.
– Familiarity with validation processes/CFR 21 is a plus.
– Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools.
– Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
