Requirements:
– 0 to 6 months HR experience (internship or job)
– Strong understanding of HR fundamentals
– Basic knowledge of recruitment and onboarding
– Familiarity with HR documentation and records
– Understanding of attendance and leave management
– Good communication skills
– Ability to maintain confidentiality
– Willingness to learn and take ownership
