Position : Senior Maintenance Executive
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
Supervise electrical systems (DBs, MCBs, generators, UPS)
Oversee HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, and cold rooms.
Manage plumbing, civil, and mechanical maintenance activities.
Lead and supervise maintenance staff and technicians.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors.
Handle emergency breakdowns and critical issues.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Manage spare parts, AMCs, and maintenance budgets.
Ensure safety, HSE, and compliance standards.
Maintain maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
Education:
DAE / B-Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Bachelorโs degree preferred
Experience:
4 to 5 years of relevant maintenance experience.
Experience in restaurants, factories, or commercial buildings preferred.
Proven team handling and leadership experience.
