💼 Position: Service Desk Specialist

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience providing offshore IT Service Desk support

• Ensure timely incident resolution across multiple time zones

• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and access-related issues remotely

• Experience managing tickets, documentation, and escalations using global ITSM tools

• Ability to collaborate effectively with international IT teams

🌐 Position: Network Administrator

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or enterprise IT operations environment

• Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing

• Practical experience with:

  • Cisco IOS

  • FortiGate

  • Azure Landing Zone

  • Cloud technologies

• Comfortable working in a 24/7 NOC environment with flexible shifts

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and incident response skills
