๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
– Lead and oversee end-to-end finance operations, including accounts, reporting, budgeting, controls, and financial governance, while strengthening internal controls, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
– Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting, ensuring full compliance with IFRS, SECP regulations, and all statutory requirements.
– Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities, maintaining transparent reporting and regulatory alignment.
– Drive budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting, while supporting strategic planning, financial modeling, and risk management alongside the GM/CFO.
– Act as a strategic business partner to operations and commercial teams, while managing and developing finance teams to ensure accuracy, accountability, and timely deliverables.

– CA / ACCA / CMA qualified professional with 10โ15 years of progressive finance experience, including mandatory exposure in a public listed company.
– Strong hands-on experience across Accounts, Finance Operations, and Financial Controller roles, with deep expertise in financial reporting, audits, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
– Proven experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred), ensuring process integration and operational efficiency.
– Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, and team management capabilities, with a strong ability to work across functions and drive performance.
