Position: Manager Operations

Location: Head Office, Karachi
Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for an experienced Manager Operations to lead and manage end-to-end operational activities across depots, terminals, and the retail network. The role ensures safe, efficient, and uninterrupted fuel supply while maintaining compliance with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations across depots and terminals to ensure safe, smooth, and uninterrupted activities.

Act as the primary coordination point with Depot In-Charges on operational matters, constraints, incidents, and site-level challenges.

Coordinate daily with Supply, Sales, Logistics, and Terminal teams to align product availability, dispatch plans, receipts, and operational priorities.

Liaise with Sales and Logistics teams to address supply-demand mismatches, urgent movement requirements, and customer-driven operational issues.

Monitor daily receipts, dispatches, stock positions, and operational exceptions, ensuring timely escalation where required.

Review, analyze, and report gain/loss figures; identify trends, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.

Drive operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Experience & Skills

Minimum 10โ12 years of relevant experience in an Oil Marketing Company (OMC).

Strong knowledge of OMC operations, HSE standards, and regulatory compliance.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Education
-
Masterโs degree or BE in Mechanical Engineering or Oil & Gas.
