About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on Civil Project Head to lead our construction project in Mardan. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with strong leadership skills, capable of managing site execution, labor, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management: Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring work is executed according to technical specifications and timelines.
Civil Execution: Supervise all civil works, ensuring quality control & adherence to engineering drawings.
Effectively manage on-site labor to maximize productivity and maintain discipline.
Handle coordination with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Monitor project progress and report technical details to senior management.
Requirements:
Education: B.Tech Civil or DAE (Diploma in Civil Engineering).
Experience: 5–7 years of proven on-site experience in construction projects.
Skills: Strong knowledge of technical construction details, site supervision, and team leadership.
