Requirements:

3+ years of HR experience

HR degree with strong communication skills

Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment & onboarding

Ability to manage HR operations, records & compliance

Drive employee relations & engagement initiatives

Coordinate training & development programs

Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS
-
Experience in IT-related NGOs, training institutes, or bulk hiring programs
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
