Timing: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of HR experience

  • HR degree with strong communication skills

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment & onboarding

  • Ability to manage HR operations, records & compliance

  • Drive employee relations & engagement initiatives

  • Coordinate training & development programs

  • Proficiency in MS Office & HRMS

  • Experience in IT-related NGOs, training institutes, or bulk hiring programs

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
