Role Overview:
We are urgently looking for a Global Client Engagement Executive who will be responsible for engaging international clients, generating leads, and supporting our marketing initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a night-shift schedule.
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to international clients to generate leads and business opportunities.
Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly via phone or email.
Understand client requirements and provide solutions aligned with our services.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities.
Support digital marketing campaigns by identifying potential clients and opportunities.
Collaborate with team members to improve engagement strategies and client experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a cold caller, telemarketer, or customer service representative.
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working with international clients preferred.
Knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Ability to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM) consistently.
