Qualification & Experience:
🎓 Master’s in Business or Public Administration
💼 8–10 years of experience in Factory HR Management
⚖️ Knowledge of Labor Laws & their implementation will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to factory leadership and a reliable partner to corporate HR.

• Lead and manage all HR functions at the factory level — workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and industrial relations.

• Balance expectations of Factory, Corporate HR, and Cross-Functional leadership with strong stakeholder management skills.

• Understand operational processes to design, integrate, and enhance HR systems that drive business value and efficiency.

• Handle high-pressure industrial environments with emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and adaptable leadership.
