Position: Patwari

📋 Job Responsibilities:

• Perform due diligence, verify land titles, possessions, and measurements to prevent future disputes.

• Scrutinize land title documents and possessions related to land acquisition.

• Provide expert opinion to the Manager/Tehsildar regarding land acquisition.

• Verify land title correctness, ownership transfer trails, and land records (Khewat, Khatooni, Khasra).

• Conduct accurate land demarcation when required.

• Maintain updated and organized revenue records of company land for easy reference.

🎓 Education & Experience:

• Matriculation or Intermediate (Patwar Course preferred).

• 7–10 years of experience in the Revenue Department or Land Acquisition for a reputable Housing Society.

✅ Requirements:

• Experience as Patwari in Land Acquisition Department of a well-known Housing Society or retired Patwari from the Revenue Department.

• Strong knowledge of revenue rules, regulations, and documentation.

• Skilled in accurate land demarcation and khasra identification.
