Key Role & Responsibility:
• Manage and administer reward and compensation programs
• Lead training & development initiatives across departments
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations onboarding to offboarding
• Drive employee engagement and culture-building activities
• Prepare HR analytics and reports to support management decisions
• Maintain HR records and reporting through TimeTrax software.
• Benefits administration
• Employee HRIS (data and file) management

What We’re Looking For:

🎓 BBA in Human Resources, or equivalent, from a reputable institution.
🕓 3–4 years’ experience in HR operations, rewards & training
💡 Strong analytical and communication skills
💻 Proficiency in TimeTrax is essential

📅 Monday–Friday with two Alternate Saturdays

🕗 Flexible Timings: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

📍 Location: East Wharf, Adjacent to Ziauddin Hospital
