We’re looking for a proactive and well-organized HR Executive to join our growing team and manage both HR and operational activities at our Lahore office.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment — job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Manage salary records, attendance, and monthly payroll.

Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain employee performance reports and assist management in evaluations.

Implement HR policies and coordinate team engagement activities.

✅ Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Prior experience in HR or Operations (preferably in IT/Call Center) is a plus.

Ability to multitask and manage people effectively.
