Join the Herbian Team: Lead International HR (AGM Position)
Herbian is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join their team as Lead International HR (AGM Position). This key role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for international offices, encompassing recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and employee welfare.
The successful candidate will ensure the uniformity and standardization of HR policies across all overseas locations, aligning them with the corporate strategy and overall goals. They will collaborate closely with Finance and Overseas Directors for budgeting, workforce planning, and organizational structure. The role also includes overseeing expatriate and mobility programs, including visa processing and employee entitlements and benefits.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A Bachelor’s degree from an HEC recognized institution, with a Master’s degree or major/exposure in IT being a considerable advantage.
* Preferably an O-Level/A-Level background.
* A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in the HR field.
* Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and other digital HR platforms.
* The ability to support the implementation of HR digitization initiatives and data administration systems (HRIS/SAP).
