Looking for Assistant Manager HR
Experience: 4 to 5 years
Education: BBA/MBA in HR
Location: Karachi
Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
β’ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
β’ Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job specifications.
β’ Develop and post job ads on various platforms (LinkedIn, Rozee, Indeed, etc.).
β’ Maintain candidate pipelines for current and future openings.
β’ Conduct reference checks and prepare offer letters.
β’ Monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to improve efficiency.
HR Operations:
β’ Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS is up-to-date.
β’ Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with the finance team.
β’ Support implementation of HR policies and standard operating procedures.
β’ Handle employee confirmations, transfers, and separations.
β’ Prepare HR letters (employment, experience, salary, etc.).
β’ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
β’ Assist in performance management and probation evaluations.
β’ Support in organizing employee engagement activities and HR events.
Employee Relations & Support:
β’ Address routine employee queries and grievances in coordination with the HR Manager.
β’ Promote positive workplace culture and ensure smooth communication across teams.
β’ Support in disciplinary processes when required.
