Location: Islamabad
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
– Implement HR policies, procedures, and practices.
-Lead performance management and trainings.
-Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
-Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and service excellence.
-Support department heads with manpower planning and employee engagement programs.
Requirements:
Bachelorβs or Masterβs degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience (hospitality experience preferred).
Preferably based from Islamabad
