๐๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ง๐๐ ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and payroll, including support to client staff across 10 regions.

๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
-HR Operations & Employee Engagement
-Serve as the primary HR contact for banking client staff across 10 regions for new appointments, exits, and staff movements.
-Manage a payroll of 1,500+ employees efficiently and accurately.
-Ensure timely provision of replacements/relievers for Bank branches and coordinate with branch management.
-Oversee employee card issuance through regional supervisors.
-Support policy implementation, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
-Address employee queries and maintain accurate HRIS records.
-Process monthly payroll and benefits (EOBI, SESSI/PESSI, PF) for internal & HBL staff.
-Maintain daily addition/deletion sheets, reliever reports, and updated master data of housekeeping staff.
-Verify cash salaries and ensure updated appointment/termination/reliever data is provided to Finance before salary disbursement.
-Maintain uniform receiving records and manage additions/deletions for EFU Group Life Insurance policy.
-Prepare and share expense and feedback reports for bank supervisors and branches.
-Lead the recruitment process for housekeeping staff across all regions.
-Maintain verification documents, appointment letters, termination letters, and warning letters.
-Update and maintain the PFM Policy Manual.
-Support HR audits, compliance reporting, and other HR tasks assigned by management.
๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ & ๐๐ค๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฌ:
-Education: Bachelorโs or Masterโs in HR or a related field (HEC recognized).
-Experience: Minimum 2+ years in HR operations and payroll processing.
-Preferred: Previous experience in managing payroll and working with banking sector clients.
-Strong knowledge of EOBI, SESSI/PESSI, PF, and labor law compliance.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/HRMS systems.
-Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
-Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
