Remote (Pakistan)

Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PST)

Salary: PKR 100K – 120K

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment & sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals & other channels
Maintain strong LinkedIn presence to boost employer branding
Oversee onboarding, offboarding, compliance & full employee lifecycle
Manage attendance, payroll coordination, Hubstaff & Slack
Develop & implement HR policies for remote teams
Coordinate employee engagement, training & performance management
Support project management & cross-department collaboration

Requirements

3-5 years in HR operations & remote team management
Proven recruitment & sourcing experience
Experience managing Sales, Support, Marketing & Developer teams
Familiarity with Hubstaff, Slack & remote workforce tools
Strong communication & people management skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience creating HR policies & frameworks
Prior experience in tech hiring or eCommerce operations
