Job Overview:
Popular Pipes Group of Companies is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sr. HR Executive (Talent Acquisition & Management) to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving recruitment, HR operations, and performance management initiatives to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Support the implementation and monitoring of the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Handle HR operations, employee records, and related documentation.
- Assist in employer branding and talent engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Talent management focuses on developing, engaging, and retaining staff by enhancing their potential through training, PMS, and career development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition & Management.
- Strong knowledge of hiring practices, sourcing tools, and Talent Acquisition & Strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
